4. Subscription and Billing
Paid plans are billed through Paddle, our Merchant of Record. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize Paddle to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
5. Refunds
Refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy. Paddle may issue refunds where required by law or where appropriate under their buyer protection guidelines.
6. Prohibited Activities
You may not use AveronSoft to host, share, or distribute harmful, illegal, or abusive content. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and software associated with AveronSoft are the property of their respective owners. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the service without permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
AveronSoft is provided on an “as‑is” and “as‑available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error‑free service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AveronSoft shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the service shall be limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. If changes are significant, we will notify you by email or through the service. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
